Characters:

-Samuel Rothstein-

Robert DeNiro plays this money crazed maniac who uses the Vegas Casino business to make millions of dollars. Samuel is a very particular and very proffesional business man. He conducts his casino with strict rules and uses his mafia associates to kill or seriously injur anyone who disrespects him or gets in his way.

-Nick Santoro-

Played by Joe Pesci, Santoro is a ruthless mafia soldier. He literally kills anyone who gets in the way of Sam of his casino. Sam and Nicky are very good friends, despite their extremely differnt personalities. Twards the end, Nicky starts to do business on the side that was not approved by his bosses back east. He thinks that they are too far away to do anything about it, but he is proven otherwise.

-Nicky is killed by fellow soldiers in a crop field. His brother, Dominick is also killed. They are beaten to death with baseball bats, and then buried in the ground.

-Ginger McKenna-

Ginger is almost as money crazed as Sam, and she falls in love with his insurmountably wealth and style. Sam gets her all the jewelry money can buy and treats her like a queen. Sam and Ginger get married and have a daughter together. Shortly after they get divorced, Ginger starts to steal excessive amounts of money from Sam and abuses her daughter. She runs away with their daughter and her new boyfriend and gets addicted to drugs. She comes back to Sam where she gives him back their daughter, steals a large amount of money, and disappears forever.

-Ginger dies of a drug overdose in a rundown motel hallway.

-Frank Marino-

Frankie plays as Nicky's right hand man. He is smart and he plays by the books. Frankie tries to avoid violence at all costs, but at the same time, knows how to get his hands dirty if he needs to. As the movie nears its finish, Frankie begins to grow weary of Nicky's brutal and corrupt behavior. Frankie sees Nicky handling his business sloppily, and very unproffesionally, but being loyal to his boss, Frankie does what he is told. Eventually Frankie is ordered by the bosses back on the east coast to get rid of Nicky and his brother Dominick. Frankie is played by Frank Vincent.
